Koian is a producer/dj from Oslo, Norway. After studying fine art in Oslo he decided to kick things off a bit more and moved to England to study music and sound. Graduated from Brighton Univeristy with a BA in Digital Music Production and Sound Design in 2008, Koian has for the last two years been a studio producer for various artist´s and rappers from the UK and France and been deeply involved in the Brighton reggae scene. After joining forces with local dj/producers Unity HI-FI, new collaborations found place that led to exciting new productions and live events in Brighton.

All Koian´s collaboration work and his different musical infuences has now got him to the point of breaking through with
his solo material here at the good ship Mutate! Koian`s uplifting productions front heavy bass lines mashed up with big beats, glitchy hip hop, reggae and breakbeat guaranteed to make your head rock!
